We are here to support your learning journey accordingly we've signed a number of GIS Educational agreements and MOUs with universities and educational Institutes to empower the future GIS professionals with state of the art technologies.

Programs for Students & Learners

GIS improves teaching, learning, research, and administration

Multiple GIS certification options are available to help students and working professionals alike develop essential skills for successful careers in the field. We've equipped the GIS labs of several universities with ArcGIS licenses and conducted training sessions for university Professors on latest in the field, jointly created with Geomatics professors in different universities on-campus summer internship GIS programs for students to benefit from and further sharpen their GIS skills.

Learners gain problem-solving and communication skills through GIS education. Integrating information across disciplines via location reveals relationships between places and phenomena, which promotes understanding. Education mapping software inspires sharing and action.

ArcGIS provides data integration, analysis, visualization, and storytelling capabilities that are uniquely engineered for data with a spatial component. Designed for interoperability, ArcGIS connects to other research toolkits to support open-source science.
Administration

With timely, accurate information and spatial situational awareness, administrators can optimize space use, protect staff and assets, communicate with stakeholders, and improve operations. ArcGIS software helps institutions build and maintain engaging learning environments.

Agreement with MCIT

Supporting GIS Education in Governomental Universities in Egypt

Esri North Africa embarked on a new mission of Supporting GIS Education in Egypt. Under a new agreement signed between Esri North Africa and Minstry of Communications & Information Technology - MCIT that paves the way for fostering GIS education in Egypt, ensuring that Esri technology is made available to government Universities and the Startup Communities in the country.

Esri Director International Strategies Sohail Elabd signed an agreement with H.E. Dr. Amr Talaat, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Egypt to support GIS Education in Egypt's Governmental Universities, the new generations and future GIS professionals will be empowered with the tools and knowledge they need to create a better future and the world we want to see

Esri NA team Introduced the students of Geomatics department to the latest in GIS technology, GeoAI, Remote Sensing and Location Intelligence. Always happy to meet with GIS Professionals of the future ! Conducted sessions "𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗔𝗜)" Session by Eng. Muhammad Elbagoury and "𝗔 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗜𝗦" Session by Eng. Abdelhalim Ibrahim, were followed by a free discussion with the students and day concluded with a high level meeting with the Dean of the faculty and heads of Engineering departments to discuss further collaboration and student programs empowerment.
